Half-day team building activities - approximate duration 3 hours either in the morning or in the afternoon.

- Our hosts receive the group with a welcome drink

- The programme of the activities is explained and participants are split into teams. The route maps and “number bibs” are distributed

- The activities begin, with the assistance by our hosts.

- 10 activities - 20 minutes for each activity.

- Activities can be adjusted according to size of group and time available.

The group is divided into teams, every team has one special colour to mark the difference between each team, with the hosts plus a leader handling all activities and helping participants.

ACTIVITIES

1- Treasure hunt on camelback: Our team dresses up in TOUAREG costumes and gives out the first clue in a treasure hunt, lead by a camel driver all around the palm-grove and the village.

2- Donkey Polo: Two teams equipped with brooms and ball, they will compete on a sandy pitch –non-stop fun.

3- Wall climbing: Each team gets into pairs and takes it in turns to scale the climbing wall, complete with safety harness and the help of his/ her team mate on the ground - Timed ascent.

4- Sack race: The participants step into sacks that reach to their waists and then jump along the sandy track.

5- Tower of Babel: Fill a donkey cart with bales of straw, take the straw to your position and build a tower with it as high as possible.

6- Water carrier’s race: The sportiest member of the team dresses as a water carrier and has to collect as much water as possible in a pail and pour it into a measuring jug; not so easy when you have a leaking basket and wearing a tight costume and giant Babouches (Traditional Moroccan Slippers) in your feet.

7- French Bowles: The aim is to throw the ball as close as possible to reach the (Cochonnet “Jack”). The first to reach 13 wins.

8- Shooting: One by one, members of each team must aim at series of balls hung up at 15 meters.

9-Archery: After an initial training session each team must aim for bull’s-eye on targets, set at different distances from the archers. We have bows for both right-handed and left-handed participants.

10- Berber Tent: The aim is to pitch and take down the tent in record time, with a readily erected tent on display to provide clues.
